Key Responsibilities:



• Create and deliver workshops and learning activities • Assist in new store openings with training support • Provide onboarding and ongoing training for store teams • Work with Regional Sales Team to support new initiatives • Implement self-led learning paths for store staff

Requirements: • Experience in retail training and development • Strong presentation skills in virtual and face-to-face • Excellent analytical and business data reporting abilities • Effective relationship-building and coaching skills • Ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic setting
