As the Environmental Services Manager, you’ll directly oversee housekeeping and general maintenance. You will ensure the upkeep of facilities through routine checks and direct vendor services for repairs and safety audits. Your role is crucial as the main contact for residents and external service personnel, guaranteeing their needs are met promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive inspections
• Manage housekeeping schedules and practices
• Address resident inquiries and facilitate repairs




• Coordinate with various service vendors for maintenance needs
• Organize monthly JHSC meetings and audits
Requirements:
• Maintenance or management experience is essential
• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Skills in budgeting and scheduling advantageous
• Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license required
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification essential
