Drive compliance initiatives at Ormat as a Global Compliance Specialist. Conduct internal reviews, manage training programs, and ensure adherence to compliance policies in a multicultural setting.

In this role, you will support the Director of Compliance by planning and executing compliance reviews for both U.S. and international operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting investigations related to complaints, developing performance metrics, and preparing reports for the Chief Compliance Officer. International travel up to 25% is required to facilitate training and compliance assessments.

Key Responsibilities:



• Plan and manage compliance reviews of policies • Conduct investigations into whistleblower complaints • Develop performance metrics to assess program effectiveness • Prepare and present detailed reports to the Chief Compliance Officer • Deliver compliance training across various departments

Requirements: • 3+ years of relevant experience or education • Knowledge of U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act required • Experience in auditing or conducting reviews preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication skills in multicultural settings
