As a Field Trainer, you will provide both live and virtual training to teammates while supporting Apprentices and Mentors throughout the TAP Program. Your expertise in hands-on installations and advanced vehicle diagnostics will help ensure the highest service standards. You will play a crucial role in assessing training needs and adapting curriculum to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions for automotive technicians
• Mentor Apprentices and ensure TAP Program success




• Evaluate and improve training materials and processes
• Collaborate with field leadership on quality control processes
• Oversee special projects and training initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma or tech school graduate
• 3+ years in vehicle installation or technical fields
• Advanced vehicle diagnostics background preferred
• ASE or I-CAR certifications preferred
• Solid communication and multi-tasking skills
