Experience as a hands-on Systems Administrator is essential for this position. The successful candidate will manage complex infrastructure challenges directly with clients while administering environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Nutanix HCI. You will take ownership of troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions across various client platforms.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and troubleshoot virtualized infrastructure systems • Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online,



and SharePoint • Configure and support Azure and Entra ID environments • Maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs • Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance

Requirements: • Over 5 years in Systems Administration or IT • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and virtualized environments • Solid experience with Azure and network management • Customer interaction and technical troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of RMM and PSA platforms preferred
