Please note that law firm experience is required.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and in-personTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, mobile devices, and network connectivityLog, track, and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolutionProvide basic user training and guidance to improve overall technical proficiency across the firmSupport boardroom and virtual meeting technology, including AV equipment, Microsoft Teams, and ZoomAssist with equipment setup, imaging, mobile device configuration, and asset managementMaintain accurate documentation, helpdesk records,



and knowledge base articlesCollaborate with team members to resolve issues and identify trends or areas for improvementParticipate in after-hours support and system maintenance on a rotational basisRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role in a law firm.Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365Basic understanding of networking concepts, VPN access, and document management systems (iManage preferred)Excellent communication skills with a strong client-service approachHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environmentA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skillsCompensationSalary up to $65,000, commensurate with experienceFully in-office role based in TorontoAdditional benefits and perks to be discussedWe do not use AI to screen candidates.
