RBC seeks a Senior Manager for FATCA/CRS Compliance to lead regulatory initiatives and enhance policy development in a leading financial institution.

In this essential role, you will align FATCA/CRS compliance efforts with RBC’s regulatory framework, spearheading policy management and regulatory change tracking. Your leadership will ensure effective training and communication strategies, promoting a thorough understanding of compliance among stakeholders. You will also be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships that drive compliance success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the enterprise FATCA/CRS compliance program • Maintain regulatory inventory and manage updates • Develop and implement effective training strategies • Support strategic governance and project management • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in FATCA/CRS compliance • University degree in business, tax, or CPA designation • Proven communication and presentation skills • Solid organizational and time management capabilities • Experience at a global financial institution is advantageous
