With your expertise in lending practices and problem-solving, you’ll ensure the Loan Administration Centre’s smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and coach a loan administration team for optimal performance • Identify and implement process improvements in operations • Coordinate workloads and manage team guidance through challenges • Collaborate with leadership to maintain internal and external partnerships • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in administration or commerce with 3 years experience • Alternatively, 2-year diploma with 5 years relevant experience • Foundational knowledge in lending practices and loan administration • General knowledge of property registries is preferred
