Join JSABC as the Development & Community Engagement Coordinator and lead initiatives that drive funding and community connection. This position handles all aspects of grant development and community engagement.
You will be responsible for managing grant proposals, compliance, and donor recognition. Collaborating with the Executive Director and other team members, you will enhance community reach and funding efforts. Your role will be pivotal in supporting volunteer management and strengthening strategic partnerships within the nonprofit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire grant lifecycle from inception to submission
• Draft and submit detailed grant proposals
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with donors




• Facilitate fundraising activities and artist collaborations
• Develop partnerships to advance organizational goals
Requirements:
• Excellent relationship-building and writing abilities
• Experience in the nonprofit sector is advantageous
• Proven project management skills
• Comfort in public representation of JSABC
• Understanding of strategic partnership development
