Scotiabank in Ottawa, ON is seeking a Customer Experience Lead for Terry Fox & Campeau locations, part-time 18.75 hours per week. You will oversee Retail Service teams, champion Scotiabank’s values, and drive exceptional customer service.

In this role you will coach and develop the Customer Experience Associates, manage scheduling, and act as Officer in Charge when required, contributing to branch success and customer satisfaction in a agile banking environment.
