You will work alongside the Active Living Manager to develop and implement programs focusing on fitness, social pursuits, and emotional well-being while fostering a friendly environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate wellness programs that engage and inspire
• Provide suggestions to enhance entertainment options
• Drive residents to participate in scheduled activities
• Create a respectful and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
• Class 4 Unrestricted License required with 3 years driving
• At least 1 year experience with seniors in recreation
• Strong problem-solving skills in customer-facing roles
• Effective communicator with solid relationship skills
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development
