Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining establishment

Management/Supervisory experience an asset

Enjoys working within a team to achieve great results

Must be a prominent presence on the floor in Bacchus

Ability to supervise restaurant ambiance, music, lighting, settings, style and overall presentation





Maintain the highest level of service standards

Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring all inventory is maintained and documented accurately

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and presentation plus safety of the restaurant through inspections and ensures areas of deficiency are resolved to achieve service expectations

Ensure the overall smooth operation of the outlet, managing labor effectively, working on cost saving techniques, opening and closing responsibilities

Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge

Wine Training (ISG or WSET) or experience an asset

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience on Squirrel or Micros and Tock an asset

Must be legal to work in Canada without restrictions or sponsorship

Comfortable working a flexible schedule
