About the Opportunity Insight Global is partnering with a leading insurance brokerage to hire experienced

Personal Lines Account Managers . This role is ideal for insurance professionals who thrive in a client-focused environment and enjoy building long-term relationships while delivering exceptional service.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will work closely with Account Executives to support clients throughout the entire insurance lifecycle, including policy management, renewals, coverage recommendations, and claims support. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, exclusions, and insurance products in a clear and professional manner.

Generate current business opportunities through referrals, networking, relationship-building, and client interactions.

Policy Administration

Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, applications, and documentation.

Review and ensure policies meet underwriting requirements and client needs.

Compare rates, coverage, and policy terms across multiple insurance carriers to provide the best value and protection.

Claims Support

Act as an advocate for clients throughout the claims process.

Coordinate communication between clients and insurers.





Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer experience during claims handling.

Business Development

Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products.

Promote cross-selling across personal insurance lines, including:

Home Insurance

Auto Insurance

Life Insurance

Personal Property Coverage

Required Qualifications

Active

RIBO License

(Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)

3+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience

2+ years of customer service experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to minimizing Errors & Omissions (E&O;)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with

Agency Manager

or similar insurance brokerage management systems

Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in a GTA office location

Compensation $55K - $65K per year + full benefits packages

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.; Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
