Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily building walkthroughs and report deficiencies
• Provide minor maintenance for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Manage service requests and follow up on permits




• Maintain logs in accordance with ABSA requirements
• Respond effectively to emergencies and equipment needs
Requirements:
• Valid 4th Class Power Engineering certification
• 5 years experience in building operations
