Caressant Care is seeking an enthusiastic manager to oversee food and nutrition services across our Ontario homes. This position focuses on managing dietary policies, compliance with health regulations, and staff supervision. You will also be responsible for resident nutritional care and maintaining budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to guarantee dietary compliance
• Implement quality standards in food service
• Manage food purchasing and ensure safety
• Perform RAI-MDS charting for nutritional tracking
• Train and develop staff in dietary practices
Requirements:
• Experience with quantity cooking and nutrition management
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Problem-solving capabilities in a health care setting
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
• Capability to train staff effectively
