The Fundraising Data Coordinator oversees essential functions within Development Services, focusing on fostering donor relationships and maximizing fundraising efficacy. With a strong foundation in data management gained through three or more years in a major gift setting, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of donor data. Your ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively will help achieve operational fundraising objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy of donor and prospect database management • Lead organization and training initiatives for CRM platform use • Conduct detailed prospect research for fundraising strategies • Plan and execute donor cultivation and stewardship events • Create and maintain comprehensive fundraising reports and dashboards
Requirements: • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3 years in a fundraising role dealing with donor data • Excellent project management and resource allocation skills • Proficiency in using prospect research tools and databases • Strong client-service orientation and ethical judgment
