Become a Records Management Clerk with the Ministry of the Attorney General, performing vital records handling and customer service. This temporary position requires excellent organizational skills and effective communication.

This role spans four temporary assignments, each lasting 5.5 months, at 330 University Ave, Toronto. You will maintain legal documents, retrieve court files, and assist clients at the public counter. Additionally, you're responsible for ensuring authorized access to records and performing cashier duties.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain legal documents in filing systems • Retrieve and transfer court files to Records Centre • Inform clients about court file processes • Ensure authorized access to records • Perform cashier duties accurately

Requirements: • Robust customer service and communication skills • Experience with records management filing systems • Familiarity with court practices and procedures • Basic accounting knowledge for till balancing • Ability to lift heavy boxes safely
