We're looking for a warm, reliable mother's helper/nanny to support our family three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from approximately 2:00 p.M. to 5:00/5:30 p.M.This role will begin with a parent present in the home, with the focus on helping support the household and gradually building toward more independent childcare over time as everyone becomes comfortable.Typical duties may include:Helping supervise the baby while I spend one-on-one time with my toddlerSupporting age-appropriate play and child care alongside mePreparing dinner and helping with simple meal prep for lunchesLight tidying related to children and meals, such as cleaning up after snacks, toys, and kitchen prepFlexibility with daily tasks,
