• Serve as a liaison between ECN and 911 stakeholders • Foster collaboration with PSAP managers and county officials • Manage Next Generation 911 implementation projects • Build trust with diverse communities and service providers • Share accurate information with stakeholders and facilitate communication

Requirements: • Knowledge of 911 call processes and regulatory environments • Solid project management and communication skills • Associate's or bachelor's degree in relevant fields • Ability to work with diverse populations • 5 years in PSAP or public safety roles preferred
