In this supervisory position, you will lead outreach teams including mobile and school-based counselors. You will ensure the delivery of quality mental health support while overseeing staff development through coaching and supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and uphold clinical practices within the team
• Execute performance evaluations and staff training
• Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation
• Support direct reports through crisis interventions
• Engage in community partnerships and resource development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field
• At least five years of counseling experience
• Registration with an applicable professional body
• 150 hours of documented clinical supervision
• Solid communication and organizational abilities
