• Oversee all aspects of claims litigation activities • Collaborate with Claims teams for informed decision-making • Attend various legal proceedings as necessary • Advise claims personnel on legal matters and best practices • Recommend improvements in legal processes to mitigate exposure

Requirements: • 3+ years in insurance defence or personal injury law • LLB, JD, or equivalent law degree required • Membership in Ontario's legal regulatory body • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Trial or arbitration experience valued; valid driver's license needed
