Lead the development of analysis, recommendations and materials for the CMF Investment Committee, Management Committee and other senior forums. Synthesize complex portfolio, risk and strategic information into clear, decision-useful communication for senior audiences. Evaluate portfolio composition, diversification, concentration, exposures, correlations, scalability and resilience across market environments. Identify key portfolio questions, develop appropriate analysis and translate quantitative and qualitative information into decision-helpful insights. Support relative-value and capital-allocation decisions through consistent analytical frameworks across investment strategies. Contribute to the continued evolution of CMF’s portfolio construction and risk framework, governance and analytical capabilities. Build trusted relationships with investment teams and enabling partners, providing independent advice and constructive challenge. Contribute to a collaborative, intellectually rigorous and inclusive team environment. Qualifications
