This full-time position at NSCC begins approximately on September 14, 2026, and concludes around March 31, 2027. The role demands strategic oversight of educational programs while enhancing training opportunities across diverse methods. Ideal candidates will drive quality, equity, and safety in a learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead comprehensive NSCC programming at Kingstec Campus • Manage fiscal and human resources effectively • Implement creative training delivery methods year-round • Ensure adherence to safety practices and inspections • Nurture a culture of equity and safety for all involved

Requirements: • Red Seal designation or undergraduate degree required • Minimum seven years of relevant experience • Five years in management or leadership roles • Skilled in budget management and forecasting • Experience in community engagement and industry collaboration
