Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions from greeting to close
• Provide tire service recommendations and condition assessments
• Present repairs in explicit, honest terms




• Coordinate work tasks between technicians and customers

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as a service advisor or writer
• Fluent in explaining vehicle issues clearly
• Beneficial to have protractor knowledge, training provided
• Strong customer service mindset required
