As an Entry Level Chemical Technician, you will engage in sample preparation and various materials tests while ensuring safety and compliance in laboratory settings. Your attention to detail will directly impact the production of accurate and reliable test results. Collaborate with a knowledgeable team in a contemporary laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and test samples for corrosion analysis • Conduct materials testing as prescribed • Assist in maintaining lab equipment and safety standards • Ensure a clean and organized testing area • Deliver timely results following lab procedures
Requirements: • Technical diploma in a related discipline preferred • Background in laboratory work desired • Familiarity with NACE/AMPP or ASTM standards a plus • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude • Effective communicator, able to work independently
