The Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton works in the Satellite Health Facility (SHF) to deliver patient-centered, evidence-informed care with a focus on elderly patients and rehabilitation.
You will collaborate across disciplines, assess needs, and provide support through preventative, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative care. This is a temporary (fixed-term) full time position at a Hamilton site with shifts including afternoons, days, and nights.
