VHP is currently looking for a maintenance team member for our rental properties under management. Duties in this role include: Repair damaged items/areas in suites (Drywall Repairs & Painting) Routine maintenance such as changing furnace filters or removing a/c covers Perform other routine maintenance jobs and repairs with minimal supervision as assigned. The Candidate





VHP is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person with the following knowledge and skills; Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently Must have a valid class 5 drivers' license Must be available to work some evenings and weekends. Provide a satisfactory criminal record report Compensation Package
