In this leadership role, you will report directly to the Director of Finance. Key responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and leading a high-performing finance team. You will play a crucial role in delivering financial insights and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation • Manage general ledger, AP, AR, payroll,



and compliance • Present financial reports and variance analyses to senior management • Ensure accuracy in job costing, revenue recognition, and project profitability • Implement internal controls and financial policies

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance • 7 years of progressive accounting experience; 3 years in leadership • CPA designation required • Solid knowledge of ASPE and Canadian tax compliance • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
