As the Director of Wellness, you will augment the lives of seniors at Amica by ensuring the delivery of quality nursing and wellness services. You will lead a dedicated team in establishing effective care plans tailored to individual needs while promoting collaboration within a multi-disciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective wellness programs
• Conduct assessments for new resident care




• Lead staff training and development initiatives
• Engage with residents and families for collaboration
• Oversee budget and financial management for the department
Requirements:
• RPN or RN licensure in good standing
• 5+ years of nursing with management experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Familiarity with medical record systems, YARDI preferred
