You will drive interRAI LTCF processes, quality improvement, staff education, and AIS certification coordination. The role requires mentoring staff, ensuring data integrity, and compliance with care standards. You will collaborate with the Director of Care and interdisciplinary teams to advance patient-centered care and timely quality reporting across the home.
