As a member of the University Advancement team, you will report to the Associate Director of Advancement Services. This position requires strong analytical skills to identify major donors and provide critical data for enhancing fundraising efforts. Successful candidates will engage in prospect research, create donor profiles, and foster a diverse pool of potential supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research for individual and corporate prospects
• Develop strategic background profiles for donor qualification
• Collaborate with departments to build a diverse prospect pool




• Ensure data accuracy and perform quality assurance on prospect data
• Create analytical reports and donor pipeline analyses
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Five years of experience in data science or research
• 1-3 years focused on data analytics and prospect management
• Solid critical thinking and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, intermediate in Word and PowerPoint
