As a cornerstone of the Campbell Family Mental Health Research Institute, the Program Officer will assist the Principal Investigator in daily operations including research coordination, compliance, and administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have a background in health research and exceptional skills in communication and organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide secretarial support to the Principal Investigator • Assist with meeting coordination and travel logistics • Prepare and maintain all necessary regulatory documents • Support financial administration including tracking expenses • Develop scientific publications and presentations

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare preferred • 1+ years in research administration or support roles • Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, Biology, or related field • Experience with graphic design preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and research management tools
