Key Responsibilities

Account management

Manage and support an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts.

Maintain solid and professional relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Contribute to sales growth within existing accounts.

Customer support

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical requests, and orders.





Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.

Assist in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer requests.

Internal collaboration

Work closely with outside sales representatives to support account development.

Collaborate with the engineering team regarding applications and technical specifications.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer support.

Opportunity follow-up

Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.

Support account development initiatives.

Contribute to achieving company sales objectives.

High school diploma required.

1 to 3 years of experience in industrial sales.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems is considered an asset.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow through on tasks.

Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
