Key Responsibilities: • Oversee machinery operation and safety during shifts • Perform major machine setups for new products • Troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct timely repairs • Conduct preventive maintenance on all machines • Collaborate with outside contractors for machinery needs

Requirements: • Technical certification or 2 years of relevant experience • Strong mechanical knowledge in various trades • Proficient in English, both written and spoken • Must work weekends and lift up to 100 lbs • Comply with CHS Health and Safety regulations
