We are seeking an experienced Medical Advisor to join our team in Guelph, ON. This is an on-site role for a scientifically rigorous, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in medical communications and healthcare content development.

Responsibilities

Develop and review scientifically accurate medical content across formats (manuscripts, abstracts, slide decks, training materials, etc.)

Provide medical/scientific expertise and quality review across communications projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account, creative, and client-facing staff

Ensure content aligns with current medical literature, regulatory guidelines, and client requirements

Requirements

PhD in a life sciences, biomedical, or related field ( mandatory )





Prior experience within a

medical

communications or healthcare communications agen

Demonstrated experience developing medical/scientific content, including manuscripts, publications, slide decks, and educational materials

Strong background in scientific and medical writing, with the ability to translate complex clinical/scientific data into transparent, accurate content for varied audiences (HCPs, Pharma clients, internal stakeholders)

Experience working within agency environments, including managing multiple projects and client deliverables
