Manitoulin Transport is seeking a Junior Foreman for the Winnipeg Terminal to support safety, service and KPI performance. You will lead on the dock floor under the Dock Foreman, cover the Foreman during illness or vacation, and help manage the 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM shift with 9-hour days, some weekends. Other duties as assigned. This role requires knowledge of Winnipeg routes and a proactive approach to training recent hires.
