is looking for an experienced and motivated

Construction Supervisor

to join our growing team. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, coordinating crews and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and site operations. Lead and manage construction crews, equipment operators, labourers, and subcontractors. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and deliveries to support project requirements. Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members. Monitor project progress and ensure schedules and deadlines are maintained. Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents. Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements. Ensure all employees follow company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Identify hazards and take appropriate corrective action. Monitor labour, equipment, and material usage. Maintain accurate daily reports, production records, timesheets, and site documentation. Communicate regularly with Project Managers and management regarding project progress, challenges, and requirements. Coordinate with clients,



subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel. Troubleshoot site issues and implement practical solutions to keep projects moving. Promote a positive, professional, and safety-focused work environment. Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or in a similar leadership position. Strong knowledge of construction operations and practices. Experience supervising crews and coordinating heavy equipment. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a quick-paced environment. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Valid driver's licence. Construction-related certifications are considered an asset. Experience in

road construction, grading, civil construction, heavy construction, or mining-related projects
