Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Now hiring!!! We are looking for casual and part time PSW/DSW’s, RPN or RN licensed individuals to join our team.

1:1 care serving the Napanee, Kingston and surrounding areas.

Duties:

personal care and assistance with activities of daily living;

companionship and respite; meal preparation;

light housekeeping/laundry;

mobility assistance;

dementia support and redirection;

medication reminders/assistance within PSW scope;

appointment/community accompaniment;

observing and reporting changes in client condition;

documentation;

following individualized care plans,





infection-control practices and Stillwater policies

Qualifications:

PSW certificate/diploma;

current Standard First Aid & CPR;

valid driver’s license;

reliable vehicle and appropriate auto insurance;

robust communication and time-management skills;

dependable, compassionate and comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
