As a Senior Accountant at Fresh Prep, you will report to the Controller, taking charge of the full cycle of accounting. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate month-end reports, managing vendor relations, and participating in cash flow forecasting. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage accounts payable from start to finish • Oversee full-cycle month-end close procedures • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly • Support payroll processes and vendor communications • Assist in year-end audits and compliance reporting

Requirements: • 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience • Accounting degree; CPA license preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks Online • Solid attention to detail and organization • Bilingualism considered an asset
