Our client is on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Edmonton office. This permanent and full-time role requires a mix of hands-on testing and strategic coordination of QA practices. You’ll liaise with developers and stakeholders to ensure defect resolution and adherence to quality standards while shifting to a hybrid work environment post-onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing documenting results
• Validate business processes and system functionality thoroughly
• Track, document, and resolve defects efficiently




• Create and uphold detailed test plans and scenarios
• Manage testing timelines and coordinate activities effectively
Requirements:
• At least five years in quality assurance or software testing
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar discipline
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps test management tools
• Knowledge in automated testing methodologies
