Reporting to the Manager of Technology Services, you will both contribute to the team's success and expand your technical expertise in a bustling airport workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming support requests via calls and emails • Document all support interactions in the IT system • Prepare monthly reports related to IT services • Oversee the lifecycle of IT equipment and assets • Perform maintenance for shared IT equipment and services
Requirements: • Two years of experience in technical support • Experience with service desk tools preferred • Strong ability to communicate and create technical documents • Knowledge of ITIL standards beneficial • Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
