As a work-from-home family, our goal is to find a supportive partner who acts as a true third set of hands—working alongside us as a team to swap off tasks and balance the load throughout the day. Rather than expecting you to constantly juggle everything at once, we collaborate fluidly: when a parent steps in to care for the baby, you can assist around the house, and when we are focused on work or chores, your focus shifts to the baby or dogs.When focusing on childcare, responsibilities include bottle feeding, nap management, diaper changing, and engaging our 4 -month-old infant in developmentally appropriate play. When focusing on the home, we need active support with general cleaning, tackling dishes, and assisting with family meal preparation—and if you happen to enjoy spending time outdoors,
