This role involves conducting detailed building condition assessments, including structural and mechanical evaluations. You will manage technical due diligence commissions from inception to delivery, encompassing site visits, document reviews, and producing comprehensive reports. Your evaluations will support capital planning and guide critical client decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct comprehensive building assessments on structure and systems • Manage technical due diligence from start to finish • Perform detailed inspections and defect analysis • Generate explicit, comprehensive reports of findings • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred • Familiarity with Capital Planning Software • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications • Ability to analyze multiple data sources
