Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate logistics for meetings with high-ranking officials • Capture meeting outcomes and ensure follow-up actions • Analyze and monitor budgetary allocations • Provide daily administrative support, including expense processing • Support onboarding and maintain team documentation

Requirements: • Minimum five years in an administrative role supporting senior leaders • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools • Bilingual proficiency in French and English • Solid calendar and organizational management skills • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings
