As an entry-level analyst, you'll support one of our top clients, tackling user access, ticket triage, and onboarding suppliers. Your responsibilities include assisting with procurement-focused platforms, resolving system issues, and supporting enablement workflows to streamline processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage user access and system administration daily • Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues • Onboard current suppliers to procurement tools • Monitor and manage the shared mailbox for tickets • Support testing, documentation, and compliance in system releases
