The Township of Esquimalt is looking for several motivated individuals to fill auxiliary bartender roles from mid-September to mid-March. Adaptable day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with mandatory pre-season training. Candidates must have completed a Bartender Course and have Serving it Right Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mix drinks accurately and efficiently for patrons
• Provide excellent customer service while serving
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Address customer concerns graciously
• Engage in required pre-season training
Requirements:
• Bartender Course completion or equivalent experience
• Valid Serving it Right Certification
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in using computers
• Clean Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector check
