In this essential role, you will utilize your expertise as an educator and Licensed Esthetician to train clients and staff on Hydrafacial's creative offerings. This position requires a minimum of three years of clinical training or esthetics experience and extensive travel, with up to 75% on the road or in the air. Collaborate closely with the Training & Education and Marketing teams to enhance Hydrafacial's impact across various business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct device installations and in-office training sessions • Deliver in-person training programs in collaboration with the Training & Education team • Perform skin treatments to support marketing initiatives • Efficiently manage routing and scheduling of training visits • Execute other assigned duties as needed
Requirements: • College degree or Licensed Esthetician • 3+ years of related training experience • Extensive travel required (75% or more) • Passion for educating customers and employees • Knowledge of skincare ingredients and concerns
