Drive member education initiatives at UPP as an Associate Director for Member Insights in Toronto. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality pension engagement experiences.
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for the continuous improvement of UPP’s member education programs, directly impacting how members receive and understand their pension information. From leading webinars and workshops to ensuring all communications align with strategic organizational goals, your ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences will be essential. Strengthening relationships with participating employers will further support member engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead member education program development and delivery • Act as the primary facilitator for engagement events • Communicate technical pension information effectively • Build rapport with employers and stakeholder representatives • Assess and enhance education program delivery based on feedback
Requirements: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree; a higher degree is valued • 8-10 years in pension administration or financial services • Comprehensive knowledge of pension regulations • Proven public speaking and presentation skills • Background in leading client-facing educational programs
