As part of our mission-driven team, you will support various recreational programs in a long-term care workplace. This role involves planning, executing, and documenting engaging activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Your impact will directly contribute to our residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate recreational programming effectively
• Ensure a safe and fun environment for participants
• Lead and participate in engaging activities
• Set up and dismantle program setups as needed
• Keep records of programs and resident interactions
Requirements:
• Experience in a recreational or support role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage participants
• Willingness to adapt to changing program needs
• Passion for improving the lives of others
