Great Canadian Entertainment is looking for a Senior Gaming Compliance Officer in Ontario. Lead compliance efforts, oversee audits, and provide mentorship in an engaging casino environment.

As a Senior Gaming Compliance Officer, you will support compliance audits across GCE locations. Collaborating with the Compliance Director, you will address regulatory standards, internal controls, and risk management practices to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your role is pivotal in guiding the Gaming Compliance Officer team and enhancing compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:



• Review and assess compliance protocols in casino operations • Assist in internal document reviews and compliance audits • Develop compliance strategies based on risk evaluations • Mentor GCO team members in compliance tasks • Interface with federal and provincial regulatory agencies

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field • At least 5 years of experience in gaming compliance • Risk Management certification is advantageous • Familiarity with AML and privacy regulations • Strong analytical and communication skills
